Candidate Privacy Policy
Dear Candidate,
This Candidates Privacy Notice describes how we, Autobrains Technologies Ltd. (together with any subsidiary thereof, the “Company” or “we”) collect, process and share personal data pertaining to candidates who apply to positions in our Company (the “Privacy Notice“).
- Types of personal data.
When you submit a job application through the platform and during the processing of your candidacy, we will collect about you certain personal data including: basic contact data (e.g. full name, address, telephone number, email address, ID, citizenship/residency, etc.), data required in order to process your candidacy (e.g. Curriculum Vitae (CVs), employment experience, education and skills, languages, references of your former employers, pictures, videos, etc.), public information e.g., social media profiles, information necessary to confirm your ability to work for the Company (e.g. immigration information, citizenship, or visa information), information in connection with you and/or your job application (e.g. assessments you complete during the application process and information collected through the application process), or any other relevant personal data relating to the job application or the recruitment process (the “Personal Data“).
You are not legally required to provide the Company with your Personal Data, and any Personal Data you provide the Company with is of your own free will and consent. However, should you choose to refrain from providing the Company with your Personal Data (as required during the recruitment process), the Company may not be able to properly handle and process your candidacy.
- Purposes
The Company will use your Personal Data for the following purposes –
- HR management: e.g. in order to evaluate your job application, consider you as a candidate for a position, manage your recruitment process, etc.
- Internal purposes: e.g. ensuring compliance with applicable internal policies, internal investigations, legal proceedings, defending legal claims, contemplated transactions, etc.
- Regulatory and legal compliance: g. compliance with applicable laws and employment-related requirements such as government reporting obligations, health and safety, responding to requests and demands made by regulators and other competent authorities, etc.
- Any other relevant and legitimate purpose in connection with your hiring process, provided that it is in line with the purposes described above.
- Transfers to Third Parties
- The Company may share, disclose and transfer your Personal Data to the following third parties for the purposes described in Section 2 above:
- External service providers: g. recruitment platforms, storage providers (including cloud) advisors (lawyers, accountants, auditors, etc.), insurance companies, IT providers, etc.
- Governmental entities: e.g. tax authorities, courts, government authorities, etc.
- Potential or actual third party investors/purchasers: e.g. in connection with a sale, merger, acquisition or investment proposal, including within the framework of reorganization or restructuring process, etc.
- International Transfers. Please note that the Company may share and transfer your Personal Data with third parties that may be located outside the State of Israel, including in countries that may provide a different level of data protection than as provided under Israeli law.
- Retention of Personal Data
The Company will retain your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in Section 2 above, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirement. To determine the appropriate retention period, the Company considers, among others, the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risks from unauthorized, applicable legal requirements, etc.
- Data Security
We have put in place appropriate security measures in order to secure your Personal Data, and to prevent it from being lost or used or accessed by unauthorized parties (e.g. any person on the Company’s behalf that will receive access to your Personal Data will be bound by an appropriate confidentiality undertaking). However, you should know that no security system is perfect, and no data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely private or secure. As a result, we cannot promise that your Personal Data will remain absolutely secure in all circumstances. If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into the Company’s systems that compromises your Personal Data, we will notify you and any applicable regulator if we will be legally required to do so under applicable law.
- Your Rights
Under Israeli law, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Data:
- Right to inspect: You have the right to inspect, either by yourself or through a representative authorized by you in writing, any personal data about you which is maintained by the Company in a computerized database.
- Right to amend or delete: If, upon inspecting your Personal Data, you find that the Company maintains Personal Data about you which is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated, you have the right to request the Company to amend or delete such incorrect, incomplete, unclear or outdated data.

- Changes
The Company may, from time to time, add, change, update, or modify this Privacy Notice to reflect any changes to how the Company manages personal data in its possession or in response to changes in law. If the Company will materially change this Privacy Notice, the Company will update you of such material change.
