Autobrains is looking for a highly competent, self-motivated and results-driven General Manager to build Autobrains’ presence in China and provide strong hands-on leadership. As General Manager, you will be responsible for owning operations and strategy while overseeing the development of Autobrains in a brand-new environment. You will lead and collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, engineering, regulation and more) to drive growth and ensure a smooth operation all-around. The GM will report directly to the CEO.

• Managing the kick-start of a new team and office.
• Strategically directing business, ensuring alignment with broader company goals and vision.
• Running day-to-day operations.
• Crafting growth strategies and scaling the business rapidly.
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining budgetary and resource allocation plans.
• Responsibility of P&L for China BU.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.

•   Bachelor’s degree in business management or related field; MBA and technical background are preferred.
•  5+ years of experience in either a VP, GM or CEO in a high-growth products company, with deep experience in the Automotive Chinese market or international company (OEM/Tier 1 Chinese companies).
• Good understanding of cutting-edge technologies in computer vision/ ML fields.
• Vast experience with the Chinese market – Advantage.
• Excellent English and Mandarin.
• Superb communication, collaboration, and delegation skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead people and hold employees accountable.
